All orders placed between June 28th - July 5th will be available for pick up starting on JULY 10th. We appreciate your understanding. Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
All orders MUST BE PICKED UP from our flagship location in Kensington: 2501 E Cumberland ST, Phila PA 19125.
At this time, we do not offer delivery and we cannot send items in the mail.
At checkout, you will choose the date & time that you want to pick up your order from a list of options. In order to limit the potential for crowding, we will limit the number of orders available for pick-up each hour.
Pick-up time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not see a pick-up option that will work for you, please come back the next day to place your order -- we will open up new pick-up time slots every day. We cannot hold orders.
Please do not arrive to the farm outside of your scheduled pick-up window.
When it is your time to pick up: Your order will be ready for you at our entrance gates on E Cumberland ST at either Pick-up Bay 1 (near Gaul ST) or Pick-up Bay 2 (near Almond ST). Please look for our staff to direct you to where you can pick up based on your order number. You will not have to enter the farm to pick up your order.
You are encouraged to use a cart when its your turn to pick up, so that you can manage the moving the entire order to your vehicle in one trip.
Have the order confirmation email ready on your phone!
Please choose your pick-up hour carefully. Due to the volume of orders we're processing, we will not be able to hold orders past their scheduled pick up time. Any unclaimed orders will be cancelled if not picked up on their scheduled day.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SUNDAY ORDERS:
In order to give our hard-working staff time to rest on Mondays & Tuesdays, all online orders placed on Sundays (and those placed on Saturdays when all available next-day pickup slots are taken) will be available for pickup starting on Wednesdays between 12pm - 6pm.
Purchased plants, seeds, pumpkins, holiday trees, farm stand or other food or beverage items are not able to be accepted for return. Live plants are subject to damage from weather, transportation, over or under watering, planting conditions and soil health, so please ask questions about how to care for your plant and what you can do to keep it healthy. We are here to help you choose well, and to help give your new plants the best chance to thrive!
Non-live material: Greensgrow can accept returns with a receipt for up to five business days for purchases such as tools, planters, pots and supplies, which are in saleable condition and in their original packaging. We regret that we can only offer store credit in the form of a gift card for returns and cannot provide cash refunds.

Do not return to the store unless you are provided with an appointment to do so.
